All of our carpet is manufactured to order and is not sitting in a box on a shelf. Carpet that is manufactured to order makes installation easier since the wrinkles acquired during shipping will then come out during the installation process.  Our carpet is manufactured and ships from the manufacturer generally within 24-48 hours--whether you are special ordering your carpet color or backing or ordering the standard color for your carpet.

Mass backing is also available as an upgrade to your new carpet and is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding. Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is bonded onto the back of the carpet at the time that it is manufactured. We highly recommend the mass backing option for your new carpet.  The mass backing upgrade is available at an additional cost, but does not take any longer to ship out from the factory.
