• Be assured that this carpet is the highest quality Ford Falcon carpet available in the aftermarket industry manufactured by ACC Auto Custom Carpets, with 30 years of experience.  Each Falcon carpet has a heel pad that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 ounce jute pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas. A dimmer switch grommet is included for you to install.
   

• All of our carpet is manufactured to order and is not sitting in a box on a shelf. Our carpet is manufactured and ships from the manufacturer generally within 24-48 hours--whether you are special ordering your carpet color or backing or ordering the standard color for your carpet.
   

• Mass backing is also available an upgrade for your Ford Falcon molded style carpeting.  Mass backing is used for additional sound deadening and heat shield.  It is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is heat bonded onto the back of the carpet when it is manufactured and is available for your new Falcon molded carpet at an additional cost, but does not take any longer to ship.  Sorry, but mass backing cannot be applied to the original "cut & sewn" style carpet since it must be applied during the heat molding process.

This picture may not represent the actual floor pan of your particular vehicle since each carpet is molded to the contours of the specific vehicle that it is made for.  Your new carpet will have the correct molding to fit the contours of your Ford's floor pan--specific to it's year, make and model.  You will receive the heel pad that is attached to the carpet in the correct place (under the brake and accelerator pedals) and your new carpet will have the heavy 40 ounce jute padding attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
