• Be assured that this carpet is the highest quality molded Honda Prelude carpet available in the aftermarket industry from ACC, Auto Custom Carpets with 30 years experience.  Also included with your new molded Prelude replacement carpet: each has a heel pad that is sealed onto the carpet in the correct place under the brake and accelerator pedal, and a heavy 40 ounce pad is attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
   

• Mass backing is also available as an upgrade for your new molded carpet and is used for additional sound deadening and heat shielding. Mass backing is ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick that is bonded onto the back of the carpet at the time that it is manufactured. Our customer's love this upgrade for their new molded carpet and we highly recommend it.  The mass backing upgrade is available at an additional cost, but does not take any longer to ship.  You will still receive the heavy jute padding for the floor pan areas.

• We also offer Essex Super Ultra-Plush Carpet as a special order upgrade to our standard plush carpet at an additional cost.  It is always advised that you get color samples prior to ordering a special order item since it is impossible to insure that you are viewing the online color samples correctly due to the monitor you are viewing the colors on and the way that monitor is set. You may also add the mass backing option to your new Ultra-Plush carpet.
   

• Listed above for your convenience are our manufacturer, ACC--Auto Custom Carpet's suggested colors. Please take time to look at them, compare them to your existing carpet or interior and see if you feel any of them will work for your vehicle.  It is always advised to get samples if you feel that these colors are not what you have in your vehicle.  We make every effort to make our online color sample pictures accurate, however, there is no way we can take into account the monitor that you are viewing those colors with or the way your monitor is set and it is therefore impossible for all of our customers to view online color samples accurately, so please remember, these are suggested colors only--the final color choice is up to you. We do not offer suggested colors for the special order Essex Super Ultra-Plush carpet and color samples are always advised no matter whether you are ordering a special order item or a suggested color for your new carpet.
   

• Our Manufacturer's Suggested carpet colors are listed for your convenience or you may wish to choose a **special order color. 
  **Please be advised, you may choose any color you wish, however, all special order colors (colors that are not listed as Manufacturer's Suggested Carpet Colors above) are non-returnable and not exchangeable since they are not original your particular year Prelude and are not resalable.  Also be advised that by ordering a special order color for your vehicle, it may not match your existing interior color.  It is always advised that you request samples before the sale if you are ordering a special order color for your vehicle.

  NOTE:  This picture is a sample picture only of an installed carpet. This picture may not represent the actual floor pan of your particular vehicle since each carpet is molded to the contours of the specific vehicle that it is made for.  Your new carpet will have the correct molding to fit the contours of your Prelude's floor pan--specific to it's year, make and model.  You will receive the heel pad that is attached to the carpet in the correct place (under the brake and accelerator pedals) and your new carpet will have the heavy 40 ounce jute padding attached to the back of the carpet in the floor pan areas.
